As shown in the main graphs, humidity is not strongly correlated to the latitude of locations measured, as places with various latitudes have more humidity of more than 40%.
However a very low humidity (locations measured nearly 0% humidity) area only located between 15 to 45 degree latitude - a subtropical area.
In the Americas, these areas are located between 30 to 50 degree latitude. In Asia/Australia, this very dry area tends to be located in a few areas as well.
In Europe/Africa/Middle East the very dry areas are more spreaded. Asia/Australia also seem to be much more humid than the rest of the world.
